G'day ,around this time last year I purchased a mx175 barrel/head from you which was in far better nick than I expected.I've just got to get a pipe made up for it and then should be ready for business(the mx175 never was distributed down here so it should get a few looks when entered in the 250 class).Anyway I've recently picked up a 75 mt125 which I'm hoping to enter into a new class called Vinduro.You can ride any old dunger as long as it has a headlight fitted(working or not it doesn't matter).The whole of the mt's ignition is knackered so I thought the best thing to do would be to replace it with a cr125 setup.I pulled the stator off my 77 cr125 and it fitted nicely so I reckon thats the way to go. I've been looking at your parts list for the 77 cr125 and you list the stator as still available,I was wondering if the rotor comes with the stator?As far as the cdi/coil is concerned I can get by using those off my cr125 but ideally I would prefer to fit/buy the the whole set up.I'm also after elsinore kickstart lever plus a fuel/gas tank cap to suit.I've found the chrome shock mount bolt's off the Yam dt/mx series look nicer on the cr's so would you have 8 in ok'ish condition?

I have several restos going right now and need the following parts: 71 Yamaha JT1 Mini Enduro - clutch and front brake cables, oil tank cap, throttle assembly (with kill button if possible), air cleaner assembly, gas tank badges, front fender, and steering head bearings (upper and lower - the things people throw away!). 69 Honda Z50K1 - headlight assembly, battery box with rectifier, and taillight. 80 Yamaha TT500 - complete rear brake assembly with backing plate, shoes, actuator, etc (this is the one with the box section swingarm and the backing plate does not use a stay arm, but slides on the swingarm itself), and wheel spacers. Hey it's Jason Silver, I bought an 1983 RM465 Fuel Tank off you guys a while back it
looks great now that its finished.

Anyways, what I'm looking for now is the Rear Brake Drum for a Suzuki PE175. The sprocket bolts to it. I think they were the same from 82-84. However... it has to be well under maximum wear spec for me to be interested. Max wear spec is 130.7mm. Mine's at 129.9mm Would you happen to have any on hand?

Hi Bren, it’s Joel again. I need a rear wheel and brake hub for my 1985 XR350, you may remember I bought the rockers, head, and front fender from you. When I put mine together it ate a new rear bearing which is how it was when I got it, so something is up with it. If you still have the one you listed and it’s not f****d up was wondering if you’d sell it for $50.00. Thanks again, hopefully this is all that’s messed up for now. The CR480 made it here Fri, it's in good shape considering it's age the frame shows some landing damage and the clutch cover has been repaired not too hard to fix, it looks like this bike was rode hard all it's life as they should be. as you said the pipe is damaged but might be fixed and silencer is a total write off, it should take me awhile to get this one back on the dirt. It is important that they are 1968 pieces only, as it was not uncommon for later model parts to be added throughout the years by previous owners. In the interest of eliminating any confusion prior to the ordering and shipping of any parts, it would be a big help and greatly appreciated if you could please send me a picture of the parts in question. If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Let me know if you need any further clarification and I will call you. However, some good pictures should clear up any confusion.
1) Wire harness: Is this the complete harness from headlight to tail light or just the main harness. Is it uncut with all connectors attached and in good, overall condition?
2) Tail light bracket: Straight with one mounting hole instead of two on the bottom end.
) Headlight bucket assembly: Originally white in color. Is it straight and does it include the chrome ring, NON sealed headlight lens, high beam indicator lens and related wiring?
4) Battery box: Is it straight without a lot of corrosion? Although ’69 and some later years will fit, they would differ slightly in appearance from the ’68 as various production upgrades began taking place.
5) Kick arm: Is this the original ’68 or the later type?

Hi Brendan. Two weeks ago I bought a right switch assembly for this bike from you guys. It was a perfect match. Thanks! I’d be interested in the left side switches also if you have it. The thing I’d really like to have is a soft metal insert that fits into a slot inside those assemblies. It has a little peg on it that goes into a hole punched into the handlebar so it doesn’t twist. I've heard good things about you guys!

I found that you are parting out a 1975 DT400. I am in need of the plate
that holds the ignition coils called the "magneto base".

I was on the Yamaha parts catalogue and found a part number for the CDI
Magneto Assembly (500-85500-20-00) but it didn't call out the magento base.
In the same parts list, the 250B model called out the magneto base
(438-81309-20-00) so I think they used the same plate.

Eithor way, do you have this part off of the bike? I would take the entire
magneto plate assembly with the coils and everything if you can't part out
just the plate...(flywheel/magneto not needed)

If so, let me know how much you need for it.

I completely forgot to ask you about some other parts that I need for this bike (the one I've got had been in a head on collision). I need to see if you've also got these parts: 1) the headlight and number plate assembly, 2) the odometer assembly (I think it was an odometer and not a speedometer), and 3) all of the handlebar controls: clutch and brake levers and clutch cable (you already sent me the brake cable), kill switch (with wiring if possible), and throttle assembly with cable.
If you have the handlebars with everything attached, that will be fine so you won't have to fool with taking everything apart. Please let me know if you have any of these parts in good working condition and how much you want for them, as well as shipping. Thanks.
